We are seeking a strategic, detail‑oriented and driven Assistant / Procurement Manager to oversee Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) categories across the MEA (Middle East & Africa) and Asia regions. This individual contributor role requires a highly capable team player who can work cross‑functionally and collaboratively with both corporate and property‑level stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong procurement and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of hospitality purchasing operations, and a data‑driven approach to category management.

Key Responsibilities
Category Management
  • Manage end‑to‑end procurement of FF&E and OS&E categories across MEA and Asia regions.
  • Develop sourcing strategies aligned with project timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with design, project management, and operations teams to ensure product and service requirements are met.
  • Lead negotiations with vendors and service providers to secure best‑value terms, pricing, and service levels.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to support long‑term strategic goals.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.
Procurement Operations
  • Support procurement planning for hotel pre‑openings, renovations, and operational supply needs.
  • Ensure procurement processes comply with corporate policies, legal standards, and ethical practices.
  • Work with property‑level purchasing teams to ensure consistency and alignment with corporate procurement strategies.
Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze spend data, market trends, and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular procurement reports and dashboards for senior management review.
  • Identify and implement cost‑saving opportunities through demand aggregation, standardization, and strategic sourcing.
  • Act as a procurement business partner to internal stakeholders across development, operations, and finance.
  • Contribute to cross‑functional projects and regional initiatives.
  • Share best practices and market intelligence with the broader procurement team.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on FF&E and OS&E.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPM) are a plus.
  • Strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Solid understanding of hospitality procurement operations and project‑based sourcing.
  • Proficient in data analytics and the use of procurement systems/tools (e.g., Excel, ERP, eSourcing platforms).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural, cross‑regional team environment.
  • Language: Proficiency in English; additional regional languages (e.g., Arabic, Mandarin) are advantageous to effectively communicate with Arabic, Mandarin - speaking clients.
  • Willingness to travel across MEA and Asia regionsasrequired.
