Qualifications

• Minimum 7-8 years of relevant project management experience in civil and structural design.
• Familiar with regulations and sustainability design standards like EDGE and LEED.
• Experience in consultancy or industrial park design is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Manage the tender process with the Procurement Management Team.
• Liaise with stakeholders throughout the development process.
