• Coordinate with project teams to review risks, resource allocation, and critical path activities.
• Conduct site inspections to verify actual progress and update schedules accordingly.
• Ensure adherence to contractual timelines and project milestones.
• Provide support in claims management and delay analysis, when required.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve scheduling conflicts and related matters.
