Job description

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Assistant Planning Engineer to support the planning and scheduling efforts for our construction projects. This role is ideal for a fresh engineering graduate with a strong foundation in data analysis, research, and project coordination — and a desire to build a career in construction planning and project management

Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Assist in creating, organizing, and maintaining project documents (plans, schedules, progress reports).
  • Data Entry & Schedule Updates: Input data into planning and scheduling software; help update project timelines and resource allocations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Schedule meetings, take minutes, and manage digital and physical project files.
  • Communication Support: Draft and distribute internal communications to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Research Support: Conduct preliminary research for feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
  • Quality Control Assistance: Help prepare documentation for inspections and quality checks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Any Engineering fresh graduates with strong planning and analytical skills will also be considered)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent organization, time management, and coordination skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Familiarity with project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) is a plus; training can be provided
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
  • Prior internship or project experience in research, data analysis, or planning is advantageous
