• Prepare necessary shipment documents.
• Conduct checks for accuracy and completeness of shipments.
• Perform duties assigned by the Superior.

Responsibilities

1. Check incoming material Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP and receive incoming materials into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
2. Coordinate with the Warehouse Team to ensure shipment readiness.
3. Liaise with the Planner/Logistics Team to arrange shipment schedules.
4. Prepare necessary shipment documents (e.g., Property Release Note).
5. Conduct physical and documentation checks for all shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
6. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior.

Requirements

1. Min 1 years' Experience as Planner in logistics / manufacturing industry
2. Good communication, planning and negotiation skills
3. Good Team Player
