A healthcare services provider is seeking an Assistant in Pharmacy Operations to provide on-site administrative support in Singapore. This role focuses on processing prescriptions, preparing medications for delivery, and assisting with inventory management. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmacy operations, strong communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. This position requires flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
We are seeking a Assistant, Pharmacy Operations to provide on-site administrative support. We need help to support our doctors and patients who are using DA’s 24/7 tele-consultation service. This will predominantly be a hands‑on, operational role.
Your role as an assistant will be to help us maintain our promise of delivery standards and quality to our patients by preparing the medications at the fulfillment center for delivery, as well as assisting in troubleshooting operational matters that may arise in the process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, is able to work well with others and deals well with ambiguity or change especially in a start‑up environment. We are also looking for someone who is willing to learn and adapt to high‑tempo operations, and takes the initiative to help the team
This role reports directly to the Manager, Virtual Care.
