Salary: $5,000 – $6,500 + Attractive Bonuses!!

Reports to: Hong Kong HQ

We are looking for a hands‑on Assistant Operation Manager to oversee our hydroponic vegetable production facility. You will manage daily operations, ensure smooth production flow, maintain high food safety standards, and lead a small team towards operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily production, logistics, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure production targets, quality, and hygiene standards are met.
  • Lead and train operational staff, driving performance improvement.
  • Monitor inventory, materials, and coordinate logistics.
  • Oversee facility upkeep and preventive maintenance.
  • Implement process improvements and cost‑saving initiatives.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in operations or production management (FMCG/Agri‑tech preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiar with hydroponic systems or fresh produce handling is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and production planning tools.
