Assistant Operations Manager / Supervisor (Hydroponic Facility)

Location: Bedok Singapore

Remuneration : $5,000 – $6,500 + Attractive Bonuses!!

Reports to: CEO Based in Hong Kong

We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Operation Manager to oversee our hydroponic vegetable production facility. You will manage daily operations, ensure smooth production flow, maintain high food safety standards, and lead a small team towards operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily production, logistics, and maintenance activities
  • Ensure production targets, quality, and hygiene standards are met
  • Lead and train operational staff, driving performance improvement
  • Monitor inventory, materials, and coordinate logistics
  • Oversee facility upkeep and preventive maintenance
  • Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Agriculture, or related field
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in operations or production management (FMCG/Agri-tech preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiar with hydroponic systems or fresh produce handling is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and production planning tools
