We’re looking for an Assistant Operations Manager (Arborist) to lead our operations team and oversee the health, beauty, and safety of green spaces under our care.

You’ll play a key role in planning, managing, and executing arboricultural and landscape maintenance projects. You’ll ensure that every project — from tree care to large-scale landscape works — meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

  • Lead and supervise operations staff, arborists, and contractors in day-to-day field activities.
  • Conduct tree inspections and assessments, recommending treatments and maintenance plans.
  • Plan and oversee pruning, trimming, and removal works following arboricultural best practices.
  • Manage landscape and tree projects from start to completion — ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Build strong client relationships and support business growth through quality service delivery.
