Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to oversee and coordinate daily operations in the fragrance, cosmetic, or chemical manufacturing sectors. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and supervising customer service teams. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields and has 3–5 years of experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in fragrance, cosmetic, or chemical manufacturing.
  • Familiar with ISO, GMP, or IFRA standards will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations from order processing to production and delivery.
  • Work closely with Production Manager and QC teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Plan production schedules and manage material availability with purchasing and inventory teams.
  • Act as the liaison between Operations and Business Development teams for customer projects.
  • Communicate order status, lead time, and production updates to stakeholders.
  • Work with QC and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor batch yields, material usage, and workflow efficiency; recommend process improvements.
  • Supervise customer service staff for order coordination and documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in operations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • You need to oversee and coordinate daily operations from order processing to production and delivery to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
  • You need to work closely with the Production Manager and QC teams to meet quality, cost and delivery targets.
  • Able to plan production schedules and manage material availability in coordination with the purchasing and inventory teams.
  • Act as the key liaison between Operations and Business Development teams to support new customer projects, fragrance variants, and sample development.
  • Able to communicate order status, lead time, and production updates to internal stakeholders and customers as needed.
  • You need to work with QC and Regulatory teams to ensure all products comply with internal quality standards and IFRA or regulatory requirements.
  • You need to monitor batch yields, material usage, and overall workflow efficiency; recommend process improvements to reduce wastage and cost.

Job Requirements:
