A leading engineering firm in Singapore seeks a Field Service Manager to oversee maintenance and repair of air filtration machines. Responsibilities include managing a service team, coordinating schedules, liaising with suppliers, and handling administrative tasks. Required is a Polytechnic Diploma and a proactive attitude towards learning and independent work. Prior engineering experience and transport are advantages. This role requires strong organizational skills and employee certification management.
To oversee and manage our field service team on the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of industrial air filtration machines and equipment. To co-ordinate maintenance schedule and site works for equipment preventive maintenance. To liaise with suppliers on procurement of materials and parts. To track labour/ overtime hours. To track inventory book out. To assist with administrative tasks (preparation of Delivery Orders, scanning & filing of documents). To track and upgrade employee WSH qualifications, vehicle maintenance and equipment certifications. Working hours: Mon-Fri, 08:00 - 17:30
