Job summary
A shipping services company located in Singapore is looking for a candidate to assist in programming schedules for bunker surveyors. The ideal applicant will hold a diploma or degree in Maritime and have prior experience in bunker surveying. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of relevant regulations is essential for this role. The position involves maintaining operational accuracy and liaising with ship agencies.
Qualifications
- Prior working experience in bunker surveying or related will be an advantage.
- Able to present and interact effectively with internal staff and external stakeholders.
- May be required to board vessels.
Responsibilities
- Assist in programming schedules for bunker surveyors.
- Pre and post planning for bunker surveyors for bunker surveys.
- Monitor vessel status and ETA with respective parties.
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness of all operational information.
- Maintain close contact with ship agencies for timely updates and bunker suppliers.
