Overview

Operation Support

Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate daily operations’ needs to enable all Retail Outlets to have consistent performance and operational excellence.

  • Tabulate and optimize staff schedules to ensure labour coverage and minimize costs.

  • Monitor stock levels, inventory control, and replenishment to ensure product availability and minimize shrinkage.

  • Monitor Outlet’s comply with SOP, including cleanliness, visual merchandising, and safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with the Production team, Marketing team and cross-functioning departments to align stock levels with sales trends and promotional activities.

  • Participate and support marketing campaigns, operational activities, set up of new stores, etc.

  • Prepare postmortem report and analysis for each festival and campaign.

Administrative
  • Collect and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Deep dive sales, product trending and other performance data report, interpret and draw conclusions and insights. Prepare recommendations and present to next level for approval.

  • Monitorperformance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations for Retail teams.

  • Monitor Outlet’s performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational costs.

  • Oversee inventory audits and address discrepancies.

  • Provide regular reports on store performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.

  • Attend and write minutes of meeting when needed

  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Min Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or other related field.

  • Proven experience in retail operations, with a minimum of 2 years in an assistant managerial role.

  • Able to work in the Food and Beverage industry
