Job summary
A hospitality service provider in Singapore is seeking a candidate to assist the operation manager in supervising daily hotel operations and improving KPIs. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, with responsibilities including conflict resolution and customer satisfaction. Applicants should have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience and the ability to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Able to work in islandwide locations and able to go to multiple locations daily.
- Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assist operation manager to supervise daily operation and activity for Hotel department.
- Communicate with HR Department for manpower planning and conduct interviews if required.
- Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.

- Liase with operation manager on planning and execution of tasks/projects
- communicate HR Department for manpowper planning and if required conduct interview.
- Assist Operation manager to develop and improve KPI’s
- Act as a communication conduct between management and staff.
- Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.
- Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction
- Any other duties assigned by directors
