Job summary

A transportation and logistics company in Singapore is looking for an Operations Coordinator. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, staff scheduling, and liaising with customers. Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support staff scheduling, coordination, and supervision.
  • Deploy daily jobs to all drivers and monitor task completion.
  • Liaise with customers on job requirements, scheduling, and updates.
  • Prepare quotations and handle billing/invoicing tasks.
  • Verify supplier invoices for accuracy before approval.
  • Apply for LTA permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Arrange and apply for police escort when required.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare basic operational reports.
  • Help implement operational policies and process improvements.
  • Resolve routine operational issues and elevate when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and vendors.
  • Maintain operational documentation, records, and compliance standards.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and support special projects.
