Responsibilities

  • Handle set up of new companies in overseas Asian Markets.
  • Monitor procurement, shipment, and logistics management.
  • Manage whole group inventory control.

Skills

Knowledge in company set-up and business license
Inventory control software knowledge (e.g. SAP / Microsoft Dynamics)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Good command of multi-language

Education

Company Overview

ABS is one of the leading suppliers of Ironmongery, Signage and Flooring products. Nowadays, with our headquarter located in Singapore, ABS has established branch offices in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai, Macau as well as a sales representative in Jakarta and more.

ABS is a Building Construction Authority (BCA) registered sub-contractor. We are honoured to receive Singapore outstanding Enterprise Award and Bizsafe Certificate Level 3. Most of our products are tested to CE/ EN European Standard, SS332:2007 Singapore Standard, Green Label and Certificate of Fire-rated Ironmongery etc., respectively.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle set up of new companies e.g. in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan or China etc overseas Asian Markets
  • Frequent travel to Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan or China etc overseas Asian Markets
  • Whole group inventory control and intercompany inventory flow
  • Monitor procurement, shipment and logistic management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge in company set-up, business license, suppliers and customers network, tax computation, custom duties, shipment Form E, suppliers, customers payment formalities, logistic and operation procedures etc in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan or China etc overseas Asian Markets.
  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration / Commerce / Logistic etc. subjects
  • Overseas working experience preferred
  • Exposure in operations of companies in overseas market
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information effectively and confidentially
  • With inventory control software knowledge e.g SAP / Microsoft Dynamics
  • Proven leadership capabilities in managing remote / overseas teams
  • Possess good business partnering skills with stakeholders across different levels
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive well in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Good command of multi-language
  • An applicant who has a strong affinity for accomplishing Company’s vision profoundly is essential.

  • A team player and able to work independently.
