Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager / Operations Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and supervise the operations team.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop and improve operational processes and SOPs.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
- Plan and conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
- Handle operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyse operational data and prepare management reports.
- Manage manpower, resources, and equipment requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of operations or management experience (FMCG, trading, or logistics preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in inventory management and stock-taking.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and independent.
- Have Class 3 license
- Have forklift license is a plus
- Able to work 5.5daysperweek
Job Title: Senior Account Executive / Account Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and ensure accuracy in billing.
- Amend and update invoices when required (e.g., pricing adjustments, customer information, credit notes).
- Issue Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN) when necessary.
- Manage company cash flow and maintain proper financial records.
- Handle cash collections from the delivery team.
- Perform daily banking-in of cash and reconciliation.
- Attend to incoming calls and provide general administrative support.
- Liaise with HQ on all accounting and finance-related matters.
- Prepare monthly statements and reports for management review.
- Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
- Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
- Assist in month-end closing activities.
- Support audit requirements by preparing necessary documents.
- Handle petty cash claims and reimbursement processes.
- Undertake ad hoc administrative or finance-related duties as required.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive.
