A retail management company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service member to manage service counter operations, maintain high service standards, and oversee a small team. Candidates should have a minimum GCE 'O' Level, at least 2 years of experience in concierge service, and excellent interpersonal skills. The role requires shift work including weekends and public holidays.
The Seletar Mall team is looking for suitably qualified individuals to join us as Customer Service member.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day to day operations in the service counter
• Maintain a high level of staff’s service standards
• Attend to shoppers enquiries and all aspects of customer service
• Perform centre promotions related activities such as gifts redemptions etc
• Manage a team of 3 other team members and reports to Marketing Manager
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
2 years of experience in shopping mall or hotel concierge service is preferred
Computer literate
Possess good leadership qualities and interpersonal skills
Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
Able to work on shifts, weekends & Public Holidays
