A prominent retail management company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service member to enhance visitor experiences. You will act as a brand ambassador, assisting shoppers, managing customer service queries, and promoting loyalty programs. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience and be passionate about customer service excellence. Proficiency in MS Office and English is required, with the ability to work on shifts.

Qualifications

  • Min 1 year of working experience in similar capacity.
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holiday.
  • Fluent in English.

Overview

The Great World City team is looking for suitably qualified individuals to join us as Customer Service member.

Responsibilities
  • Brand ambassador of the mall, promoting Great Rewards loyalty program and related activities
  • Manage and handle all customer service-related matters at Customer Service Counter
  • Maintain high level of customer service standards
  • Handle enquiries and feedback from shoppers and tenants
  • Support Great Rewards and Marcoms team in facilitating voucher purchases, mall redemptions and other marketing initiatives as and when required
  • Mall roving duties to assist shoppers, engage tenants and inspection of common areas/retail spaces/facilities
  • Handle administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Key Requirements
  • Min 1 year of working experience in similar capacity
  • Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in fast paced environment and has passion for service excellence
  • Team player, high self initiative and attentive to details
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and/or usage of CRM is advantageous
  • Fluent in English
