The Tanglin Mall team is looking for suitably qualified individuals to join our Customer Service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and handle all customer service‑related matters at Customer Service Counter
  • Maintain high level of customer service standards
  • Handle enquiries and feedback from shoppers and tenants
  • Brand ambassador of the mall, promoting Great Rewards loyalty program and related activities
  • Support Marcom in voucher sales, mall redemptions, loyalty program and any other marketing initiatives as and when required
Key requirements
  • Handle administrative duties and any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned
  • Min 1 year of working experience in relevant customer service role
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and/or usage of CMS is advantageous
  • Fluent in English
  • Customer‑oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in fast paced environment and has passion for service excellence
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holiday
