Your Job Entails…

• Handling Leads: Following up ad leads. Reach out to them to see what they need before passing them to the seniors.
• Organizing Events: Helping out with roadshows, events, or client gatherings. Coordinating the logistics and making sure things run smoothly on the actual day.
• Sales Admin Support: Preparing simple proposals, quotation drafts, and invoices for new clients so everything is ready to go.
• Basic Content & Data Entry: Posting simple updates on social media and keeping the client contact list neat and updated.

Requirements

• Not Shy to Talk: Comfortable calling someone you don't know or talking to clients face-to-face. Ability to speak clearly and politely.
• Super Organized: Ability to juggle a few things at once, write things down, use a calendar, and remember to follow up when promised.
• Flexible: Able to handle fast changes and last-minute adjustments without panicking.
• Background: Diploma or Degree in any field. Prior experience in retail, customer service, or event helper roles is a big plus. Fresh grads with a good attitude are totally welcome.
