Overview

Contract Duration: 12 months (with a $1,000 completion bonus)
Salary: Up to $7,000/month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Location: One-north MRT

Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence Research: Conduct research on industry trends, customer buying drivers, competitor analysis, sales techniques, and advertising effectiveness.
• Strategy Development & Program Management: Manage key strategic initiatives, including Enterprise Selling, Digitalization, and Service Value Delivery programs.
• Innovation Development Support: Coordinate marketing trials, product launches, hypercare activities, and global/regional innovation reporting.
• Exhibition & Collateral Support: Assist in planning and facilitating marketing events, trade shows, and customer seminars, including advertising, collateral design, social media, agenda preparation, and booth setup.

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in chemistry and product management preferred.
• Proficient in market research methodologies.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (data analysis and summarisation) and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to attend night calls with US or Europe teams 2 to 3 times per week.
