Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Design and develop all marketing collaterals and digital assets for the organisation, including marketing advertisements across digital platforms.
- Manage the monthly advertising budget and ensure accurate tracking and maintenance of expenditures.
- Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across both paid and organic touchpoints.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new digital marketing capabilities such as personalisation tools, audience targeting solutions, emerging media channels, and digital analytics technologies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns, including email marketing initiatives.
- Continuously analyse and review performance metrics from digital platforms to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in design and video‑editing skills, with hands‑on experience using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere.
- Strong interest and passion for building brands through digital platforms and strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrates a hands‑on approach, strong drive, accountability, and a growth mindset.
- Ability to upskill and stay current with the evolving digital marketing landscape to deliver creative and fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
- Proven experience across paid advertising tactics, especially social media, search, and content marketing.
- Strong track record in developing and enhancing social media presence for brands.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to engage consumers and repurpose content for social media, SEM, and other advertising channels.
- Self‑motivated, independent, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment; comfortable with multitasking.
- University degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the general insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of e‑marketing tools, systems, and current online marketing concepts and best practices.
- Certifications in BCP and PGI will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
