The Role

As an Asst Marketing Manager/ Manager in EXEO Global, you'll help to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to ensure consistent and strong exposure of EXEO Global’s products and services regionally across our Asia Pacific markets. You'll be part of a lean, growing and dynamic corporate marketing team that seeks to help EXEO Global achieve greater synergies across sales and marketing processes, as well as greater effectiveness in their inbound and outbound marketing campaigns. The role will cover areas including offline and online campaigns, as well as digital transformation and may evolve with changing business needs and emerging technologies. These may include digital analytics, digital content, digital media and the management and optimisation of website content. The role will be involved in day-to-day management of events and campaigns (online/ offline) and the management of social media and online platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop marketing strategies and plans that align with strategic objectives and business outcomes.
  • Provide support to drive events and activities for business units within the Group.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns including but not limited to physical events, paid advertising, social media and search engine optimisation.
  • Support the use of Hubspot CRM and inbound marketing tool implementation across EXEO Global group.
  • Drive qualified inbound traffic to our websites through social media and events.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and work together with the team to drive the full implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Work together with the team to decide on how best to support partner programs, channel programs and end-customer lead generation campaigns in each market.
  • Support the sales funnel with a strong customer journey flow.
  • Ensure ROI on campaign initiatives are continuously improved and evaluated.
Requirements
  • Min. 5-7 years of proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns regionally.
  • Well-organised and well-versed with the management of events and campaigns across regional markets.
  • Able to multi-task and manage different priorities.
  • Preferred working knowledge of marketing automation platforms and digital marketing and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel, campaign KPIs, and conversion strategies.
  • Regional knowledge and management of marketing landscape across APAC is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin and/or additional languages preferred, both written and spoken due to interactions with local teams and partners across various countries.
  • Has strong and proven problem-solving skills.
  • Thrives in a lean, fast‑paced working environment with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Has a university degree with majors in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
