Job Description:
As the Assistant Manager, you will:
- Contribute to the Overall Marketing & Brand strategy in line with the brand vision, business objectives and value proposition.
- Lead and coordinate Product Launches and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high work for creative, PR, media buying, launch events etc. for the brand.
- Brainstorm, develop and execute retail campaigns and events, manage budgets and answering to the needs of the business. React fast to mid-campaign performance and optimize in between campaign activities.
- Work with all key stakeholders and supporting functions (internal and external) to deliver high-quality work for creative, PR, media buying etc. for the brand.
- Ensure the market’s digital interactions with customers maximize business results generation and brand value creation (i.e. traffic, leads generation, test drives, conversions, brand experience etc.).
- To propose and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns to meet business objectives and create higher brand recall.
- Manage reporting and analysis across marketing campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach to maximise performance.
- Support and manage customer engagement programmes and maintain CRM database.
- Ensure the website and systems are constantly updated with the latest and accurate information.
- Liaise with cross divisions and be the brand custodian to ensure brand messaging and creatives adhere with brand CI.
- Establish good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders by maintaining strong lines of communication.
- Any other adhoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Studies
- 3-5 years of working experience in related fields
- An enthusiastic advocate for all things digital and a demonstrated ability to deliver results/change drive by insights from data
- Result-driven with a good understanding of Demand Generation: search - covering both SEO & SEM approaches to leveraging Social for branding, sales-driven campaigns or customer service
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Excellent project management, facilitation skills and event management skills
- Good organisational, time management and coordination skills with the ability to multitask
- Independent, resourceful, and able to work as a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective self-starter who excels in a lean and fast-paced organisation
- Proficiency in software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
