You will be responsible for leading and supporting Lee Hwa and Goldheart Jewelry brand marketing, consumer events, tactical activities and Public Relations communication, creating advertising and promotions to generate sales and top of mind recall, content for brand awareness and engagement campaigns, managing the entity’s social media presence, and monitoring competitors’ landscape to enhance competitive edge. Identify and manage strategic brand partnerships - approach and handle meaningful relationships while upholding brand positioning.
Responsibilities
- You will work closely with Marketing Managers & the executives on day to day and monthly campaigns and activities to engage key target audiences.
- Monitor & co-lead online content and reputation across multiple platforms including IG, FB, XHS, Tik Tok and more.
- Aid in the execution of multi-channel campaigns to support the Go-To-Market strategy.
- May participate in meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned.
Brand Marketing Campaign Management
- Conceptualise and execute campaigns with clear understanding of communication channels.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all external-facing materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams for the development of marketing collateral.
- Assist in internal communications and marketing updates to stakeholders.
Tactical Marketing & Campaign Support
- Collaborate on the planning and execution of tactical campaigns aimed at driving awareness, traffic, and sales.
- Work closely with internal teams and partners to roll out collection launches, seasonal promotions, and in-store activations.
- Support campaign timelines, ensure proper execution of assets across platforms, and coordinate with retail teams on implementation.
Event Planning & Execution
- Assist in the coordination and execution of brand events including media previews, Public Relations events, product launches, and consumer activations.
- Handle event logistics such as vendor coordination, invitation management, guest lists, and on-ground support.
- Ensure seamless brand presentation and media coverage from events.
Influencer & KOL Engagement
- Identify suitable influencers/KOLs for product seeding and partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate outreach, gifting, and engagement strategies and track influencer ROI and deliverables.
- Assist in developing and executing Public Relations strategies and media plans for both brands, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and key messages.
- Draft and distribute press materials, coordinate media pitching, and support media monitoring and reporting.
- Manage Public Relations agency relationships, track deliverables, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Budget Management
- Assist in the planning and tracking of Public Relations and marketing budgets for both brands.
- Ensure cost efficiency while achieving campaign and event objectives.
- Manage Monitors spend vs. budget, handle invoice processing, and support financial reporting for all marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in marketing, Public Relations, or communications, preferably in retail, jewellery, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
- Candidates with less than 3 years of experience will be considered for Senior Marketing Executive position.
- Experience in managing events, campaigns, or activations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Able to multitask across brands and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Existing media and influencer contacts in the lifestyle, fashion, or luxury space.
- Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behaviour in the luxury/lifestyle/jewellery sector.
