Novahealth TCM Clinic is a professional Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic dedicated to holistic health and wellness. We provide high-quality treatments such as acupuncture, tuina, EMMA, BIXEPS and herbal prescriptions, and preventive care. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant/Marketing Manager to lead our brand growth and marketing initiatives—bridging healthcare expertise with innovative marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Growth
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen NovaHealth’s brand presence in the healthcare and wellness sectors.
- Position NovaHealth as the leading integrative healthcare provider through consistent branding, messaging, and storytelling.
2. Digital Marketing & Content Management
- Lead content strategy and creation across digital platforms (website, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, XiaoHongShu).
- Manage paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and performance analytics to drive online traffic and patient acquisition.
- Oversee creative direction for marketing materials, videos, and campaigns that educate and inspire audiences.
3. Patient Engagement & Retention
- Design and execute patient education programs that promote ongoing treatments, packages, and holistic wellness.
- Work closely with clinical teams to ensure patient communication aligns with NovaHealth’s care philosophy and values.
4. Event Planning & Partnerships
- Strategize and manage wellness events, corporate health talks, and community programs to enhance brand visibility and partnerships.
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, wellness brands, and fitness studios for business development opportunities.
5. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and patient engagement metrics.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous marketing improvement.
6. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Manage and mentor marketing and front-desk support staff to ensure consistent patient experience and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with clinical, operations, and management teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Healthcare Administration (TCM or Healthcare background preferred).
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in healthcare marketing, brand management, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of TCM, wellness, or sports science industries is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients).
- Demonstratedbility to lead projects, manage budgets, and deliver measurable marketing outcomes.
- Proactive, analytical, and creative with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
