Job description

Salary: Up to $5,000

Location: Queenstown

Working hours: Mon to Fri, Office hours

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth delivery of front counter and administrative services
• Partner with Nurse Managers and other stakeholders to improve systems and processes
• Ensure facilities are patient-friendly and safe
• Manage and develop non-nursing staff, including performance appraisals, training, and development
• Lead recruitment and retention efforts to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce
• Monitor financial and service performance, achieving targets and developing business plans with clinical leaders
• Drive customer satisfaction and implement service improvements
• Participate in committees and other organizational initiatives
• Potential job rotation to other operational areas after 3 years

Requirements

• Min Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Min 2 years of experience managing frontline staff
