Assistant Manager, Strategic Human Resource Business Partnership

The People Team is Changi Airport Group’s (CAG) human resource function and our mission is to attract and retain talents, build sustained capabilities and create an inspiring workplace. As a Strategic Business Partner, you are the frontline partner to our line divisions and CAG colleagues for all people matters and will work alongside our people managers to implement policies, sustain employee engagement and help shape initiatives that will make a positive difference to the workforce.

Responsibilities
  • Support key employee life cycle events such as onboarding, performance management, manpower planning in close partnership with line managers
  • Provide advisory on people-related policies and guidelines and work closely with line managers in developing solutions
  • Facilitate regular dialogues on key HR initiatives and general advisory on career matters.

Key Account for this role

For this role, you will support CAG’s airport development and engineering related functions. These functions are responsible for the construction of the future Terminal 5 and all engineering related needs of Changi’s current four terminals.

Requirements
  • A good bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in any HR/people/organization development-related discipline.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship building and consulting skills.
  • Mature and proactive team-player who is able to manage and engage different stakeholders, including senior enterprise leaders.
