Job Description:

The Assistant Store and Logistic Manager is responsible to support the Planning & Logistic Manager in overseeing the daily operation of the store & logistics. The role involves ensuring efficient store operations, managing inventory, providing excellent customer service in delivery on time and assisting in staff supervision and training.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day store operations in Receiving, Issuing & Delivering.
• Oversee and maintain proper inventory levels and participate in inventory management activities.
• Ensure a high level of customer service in;On time delivery,Address customer complaints pertaining to logistic/store and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.)
• Monitor and analyze store performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes, increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Monthly Cycle count(Perform monthly cycle count,Perform monthly consignment count)
• Equipment Maintenance and Control(Ensure all Store’s equipment is maintained in safety and working condition)
• Regular check that all equipment is calibrated.
• Monitor and control costs related to transportation, storage and handling of materials to optimize operational budgets.
• Observe and comply with the Company’s safety and health system, safe work procedures and instructions, as well as safety policy and rules.
• Staff Development and Training
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
• Team with Store members to meet Department ‘ KPIs.
