Job: Assistant Manager/Senior Executive (Youth Programme)
Duration: 12 months temporary
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am-6:30pm
Pay: Up to $4,000/month

The Job

Support youth leadership and mentoring programs that help young people develop skills and give back to the community.

Responsibilities
Program Support
  • Help youth plan and run community service projects
  • Organize youth activities, celebrations, and bonding sessions
  • Manage major events (camps, carnivals, graduations, orientation)
Coordination
  • Connect youth teams with community partners
  • Track volunteering records and opportunities
  • Arrange venues, transport, and schedules
  • Work with coaches and community homes on holiday programs
Mentoring
  • Check in regularly with mentors and mentees
  • Plan workshops and training sessions
  • Organize appreciation events
Administration
  • Handle budgets and purchasing
  • Track attendance and evaluate programs
  • Manage vendor relationships
You Need
  • Degree (Sport Science, Social Work, or similar preferred)
  • 1+ year running community programs for youth or vulnerable groups
  • Good with people and communication
