Job summary

A healthcare services provider in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage accreditation and registration for healthcare specialists. Responsibilities include processing applications, managing policies, and supporting committee meetings. Qualifications

Job description

Contract duration: 11 months contract (Immediate)

Working hours: 42 hours per week

Job Scope

The incumbent will be part of the team managing accreditation and registration of specialists policies and operations for healthcare professionals. The work responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following:

  • Screen and process healthcare professionals applications for specialists accreditation and registration
  • Correspond with employers and applicants on matters related to their applications
  • Review and manage policies related to healthcare professionals accreditation and registration
  • Provide secretariat support for Board/Council and professional committee meetings
  • Handling of enquiries and management of public mailbox
  • Processing specialist accreditation and specialist registration applications where credentials are assessed.
  • Liaise with senior professionals sitting in the board and desk heads
  • Manage a professional website
Requirements
  • Preferably with prior experience in regulatory/policy work and operations/ administration work.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident demeanour.
  • Possess critical thinking, customer relationship management and data analysis skills.
  • Display meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, handle pressure well, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bring a self-motivated attitude and positive approach to work.
  • Are technologically adept, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
