A healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Security for a 1-year contract. This role involves planning and executing departmental projects, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to the Security team. Ideal candidates have a degree, strong leadership skills, and at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or project management.
You will plan, formulate and execute departmental projects and work plans as well as monitor performance against set targets. You will perform budgeting, conduct policy review, and implement initiatives. In addition, you will provide supervision, coaching and training to Security team to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
