A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a candidate to assist the General Services department. Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring service quality, budgeting, and drafting policies. A Bachelor's degree and strong interpersonal skills are required. Certification in Lean or project management is preferred. This position offers the opportunity to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
You will assist the General Services department in carrying out policies and its functions which includes Portering, Transportation, Tow truck, Shuttle bus, Mail room, Mortuary and Emergency Ambulance Services.
Your job role will include but are not limited to the following:
