Job summary

Qualifications

Job description
The Job:

You will provide operational and administrative support to the ENT Centre and its cluster stakeholders to ensure its smooth and effective operations.

Your job role will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Oversee the management of day-to-day operations of hearing clinics to ensure the needs of the centre as well as the referring General Practitioners, nurses and other medical professionals are met.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, including clinical and operational departments from SingHealth institutions regarding hearing care referral
  • Facilitating projects, coordinating and supporting management activities including meetings and preparation of documents.
  • Maintain and update records/databases/documents for the purpose of statistics, database, research and audit
  • Triaging patients in ENT Centre for hearing aids evaluation and referrals
  • Assist in workflows and finance claims (invoice, delivery order) of hearing accessories and devices
Job Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in any discipline with at least 1 year of working experience. Experience in healthcare would be an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with MS Office i.e. Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Access.
