Responsibilities
- You will be part of the team to perform pricing and costing of services & procedures to ensure cost recovery to achieve financial sustainability.
- You will perform feasibility analysis/financial evaluation on capital expenditures or new services and provide financial projections for new projects.
- Involved in analyzing big datasets and sharing findings and recommendations to provide useful insights to facilitate effective solutions and management actions.
- You will play a key role in financial review of cost centres’ performance, partnering very closely with business units, supporting and advising them on finance-related matters.
- You will participate in budgeting and revenue forecasts for projects.
- Involved in hospital / cluster projects which entails supporting system implementation including design, testing (System Integration Testing/User Acceptance Testing), and configuration before Go-Live. Post implementation, gather feedback, resolve issues IT and Consultant and drive continuous system optimisation.
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent with at least 2 years’ working experience
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office applications and Tableau with data analytics experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage
- Resourceful, strong analytical, self-motivated and driven with a hands-on mentality
- Team player mind-set with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Works well and will strive in a fast-faced, dynamic working environment
