A leading international financial services provider in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to support the enhancement of its Enterprise Risk Management framework. The role involves identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in enterprise risk management and hold a related Bachelor's degree. This hybrid role offers an opportunity to influence strategic decisions in a collaborative environment.
This role supports the development and ongoing enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management framework by identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks across the organization, while reporting key risk insights to senior management and regulators. It also manages incident escalation, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking to prevent recurrence, supported by trend analysis and committee reporting. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, while partnering with cross‑functional teams to strengthen controls and promote a strong risk‑aware culture.
The individual will collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to embed a strong risk‑aware culture and ensure timely, effective responses to emerging risks and incidents.
