Job summary

A healthcare organization in Singapore seeks a dedicated individual to manage the Incident Reporting System and support clinical performance reporting. The ideal candidate will participate in Quality Improvement projects, assist with implementing national healthcare standards, and promote clinical quality and safety. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience are required. Strong skills in writing and organization are essential for success in this role.

  • Manage the Incident Reporting System, ensuring timely follow-ups, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Support reporting for various scorecards, collaborating with clinical teams to monitor performance indicators.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement (QI) projects to streamline departmental processes and enhance patient care.
  • Assist in implementing Ministry of Health (MOH) National Standards of Healthcare (NSHC) and the Public Hospital Scorecard.
  • Contribute to initiatives that promote clinical quality and safety across the organisation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with quality improvement, process enhancement, data analytics, clinical audits, or patient safety is a plus.
  • Strong writing, organisational, and planning skills.
