Responsibilities

• Establish project team, project name, number, and document files.
• Work with main building contractor’s master schedule program.
• Check and review system design and specifications for best compliance and performance.
• Appoint sub‑contractors for different trades and define their scope of work and liabilities.
• Manage and set up allocated site office and storage.
• Submit shop drawings, equipment delivery schedules, and material samples for consultant approval.
• Plan and monitor equipment delivery to the job site.
• Participate in technical and NSC coordination meetings.
• Ensure job‑site safety standards are in compliance with relevant regulatory authorities (Factory Act, BOWEC, etc.).
• Monitor, assess, and evaluate sub‑contractor performance for future project references.
• Submit monthly progress claims to main contractor for consultant certification and payment.
• Prepare monthly financial status reports for Accounts Department and manage sub‑contractor claims.
• Supervise project final testing and commissioning.
• Prepare and submit as‑built drawings, handover kits, operational and maintenance manuals, and thermostat controllers.
• Establish maintenance service programmes during the Defects Liability Period.
• Prepare overall project report and financial/statistical updates.
• Work with Heads of Department to prepare budgets and forecasts, ensuring timely completion of the annual budget.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in project handling, preferably related to air‑conditioning, chiller, or HVAC systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
