Description: The Assistant Manager in Programme Management will report to the Programme Manager, supporting the comprehensive planning, execution, and implementation of the programme in alignment with the Contract, Project Management Plan, and regulatory compliance.

The programme’s objectives are defined by specific schedule, budgets, and defined scope. This role demands a proactive and dedicated individual capable of managing multiple stakeholders, including Customers and internal teams, overseeing project activities, and steering the project toward successful completion.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects or programmes in accordance with the Project Management Plan and Contract.
  • Ensure programme planning and execution comply with company policies, commitments, and objectives.
  • Develop, review, and manage Cost, Scope, and Schedule.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to facilitate communication and effective execution of programme activities.
  • Organize monthly programme meetings, conduct Programme Management reviews, and prepare reports.
  • Plan, prepare, and distribute agendas, annotated documents, and relevant materials before meetings.
  • Ensure timely production and distribution of meeting minutes.
  • Manage customer requirements and expectations.
  • Analyse programme risks and develop comprehensive Risk Management plans to mitigate them.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel overseas as needed.
  • P MP certification and familiarity with the Defence Industry are advantageous.
