Job Description
  • Co-lead annual performance appraisal and promotion exercises for all job families
  • Facilitate and support manpower cost budgeting and audit exercises
  • Support the implementation of compensation programmes and initiatives in accordance with the organisation’s policies and directions
  • Support the team in the management of annual compensation cycle including salary review and increment exercises, bonuses payouts and other annual payments
  • You will also be expected to take on opportunity to participate in horizontal job rotation assignments, including within the Performance & Rewards (P&R) team, to broaden functional exposure and strengthen cross team collaboration
  • Any other projects as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree from a recognised university. Post-graduate diploma in compensation & benefits or IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) preferred
  • Minimum 5 year’s relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Meticulous with strong analytical proficiency
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be an asset
