As a vital member of our First Line of Defence, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our operations across key areas including Third-Party Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning, Crisis Management, and Data Lifecycle Management.

Key Responsibilities
Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
  • Implement and refine TPRM policies and guidelines across the Asia region
  • Support business functions in day-to-day TPRM operations and controls
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop TPRM approaches that meet corporate and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with second-line risk functions and subject matter experts on risk and policy compliance
  • Foster a strong third-party risk culture through engagement, influence, and targeted training
Business Continuity Management (BCM) / Crisis Management
  • Provide guidance and coordination for all elements of the BCM Policy
  • Conduct BCM Risk Assessments and Business Impact Analyses
  • Develop and maintain Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery Plans
  • Ensure comprehensive BC plans across all business areas
  • Collaborate on continuous improvements to the BCM program
  • Facilitate BCM testing and Call Tree Testing
  • Execute the annual cycle of BC activities within the Business Unit
  • Support Leadership Team during crisis events and implement lessons learned
Data Lifecycle Management (DLM)
  • Implement a comprehensive DLM strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with the relevant data protection regulations
  • Implement data classification, retention, and quality standards
  • Monitor and report on data quality metrics
  • Liaise with departments to understand data needs and provide best practice guidance
  • Conduct training on DLM policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain DLM dashboards and reports
Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate in and support other risk-related projects as required
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in risk management
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes
