A leading financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated operational risk governance professional. This role involves enhancing risk management policies and ensuring compliance while fostering an effective risk culture. The successful candidate will work closely with various regional teams to identify and manage operational risks effectively. With a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in operational risk management, candidates with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are encouraged to apply. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement.
This role presents an opportunity to take ownership of operational risk governance in a complex financial services environment, with a strong focus on technology, cybersecurity, third‑party, and business continuity risks. By strengthening risk identification, monitoring, and remediation across the organization, the role directly contributes to the firm’s mission of maintaining operational resilience, regulatory confidence, and customer trust. Partnering closely with regional risk teams and local stakeholders, the role helps ensure risks are managed within tolerance while fostering a strong, consistent risk culture. In return, the successful candidate will gain deep exposure to enterprise‑wide risk programs, regulatory expectations, and senior risk forums, while further developing their expertise and influence as a risk professional.
