As an Assistant Manager, Operations, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Implement and ensure compliance of operational policies and procedures so that
  specialist clinics are efficient, effective and delivers the best possible stakeholder experience.
• Facilitate integration and synergies of workflows across clinics.
• Execute talent identification, engagement and performance management strategies of clinic personnel to maintain a differentiated patient-facing team.
• Assist in planning and managing the operations of specialist clinics.
• Assist in reviewing and analysing financial and non-financial data to track performance and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Assist in new clinics licensing and set-up.
• Maintain effective communication and information-sharing systems within the organisation and with external stakeholders.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a degree in any relevant fields.
• Possess a minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations & project management.
