Job Responsibilities
  • Timely prepare monthly schedule for ground staff
  • Safekeep and in charge of petty cash, and vehicles matter
  • Work closely with all departments
  • Administer the Customer Service Team, assist the team in phone manning and managing
  • Administer the Operations Team and ensuring that company policies and processes are properly conveyed to them
  • Assisting the Human Resources Team in the employment of talents
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
  • Min. Diploma in Tourism or relevant fields.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in service or hospitality sector
