You are a dynamic and passionate individual who comes with wealth of experience in managing bars (particularly rooftop bars) and creating an unforgettable experience under the stars. You will also ensure that it runs smoothly, providing excellent customer service, and creating a memorable experience for patrons. The Assistant Manager - Mr. Stork is responsible to assist the Bar Manager in managing the assigned outlet, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards. Maintain inventory, par levels, and expense controls; conduct regular stock takes to reduce waste. Assist with menu, cocktail programme, and promotional planning
