Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is seeking an Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications on a one-year temporary contract to help communicate land transport policies, projects and initiatives to the public. The role focuses on expanding the Friends of Land Transport programme and developing a membership management portal by researching user needs and translating ideas into practical requirements.

You will contribute to events, content development, branding and other communications

Qualifications

Knowledge in Communications, Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Applied AI & Analytics, or a related field.
At least 2 years' experience in communications, marketing, digital projects or AI-related work would be an advantage.
Analytical, with the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop Platform for Friends of Land Transport Programme.
Research, propose and help kickstart the development of a membership management portal.
Explore AI-enabled solutions to support membership management and engagement.
Support the planning and execution of Friends of LTA engagement sessions, workshops and events.
Drive Communications and Outreach.
Develop content for publications and internal communications.
Support corporate branding and ensure consistent messaging across the organisation.
Assist with communications, marketing and outreach projects.
