Job description

This role focuses on Content Management within Marketing Communications:-

Assist in the development of marketing contents and collaterals

Work with marketing agencies and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely activation of marketing materials, including the production, installation and removal of marketing collaterals

Update and maintain all relevant policies and procedures, and ensure execution in compliance with the Company and statutory regulations

Collaborate with relevant departments, such as IT to ensure appropriate management and access to data to effectively deliver and execute communications strategies

Optimise marketing messages platforms to resonate with target audiences while adhering to regulatory requirements

Support cross-functional projects including administrative support and liaising with other business units where needed

Job Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the related field

Proven experience in content development (writing, editing and storytelling skills) and creative marketing

Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is a plus

Strong understanding of branding, messaging, and communications strategies

Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills

Experience in regulatory processes is a plus

Highly organized and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Meticulous with exceptional eye for detail and strong prioritization skills
