Job Responsibilities
  • Set up process for day-to-day marketing operation
  • Formulate marketing strategies and implement campaigns and events to drive higher traffic and increase tenant sales, including post campaigns review
  • Plan and gather tenants’ participation for joint collaborations event
  • Liaise with advertising agencies, contractors, event companies to assist in campaigns and marketing collaterals
  • Work closely with Leasing department in the leasing of concourse space, pushcart, and advertisement space
  • Develop presence in social media platforms and integrate marketing events or promotion online
  • Keep abreast with the latest marketing technologies and trends to uncover new marketing opportunities
  • Monitor expenses and adhere to budget allocation
  • Makes recommendations on best practices within chain
  • Proactively monitor campaign ROIs, derive actionable insights and take prompt actions to conduct A/B testing and optimize marketing performance
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant field
  • Min 3 years of experience in similar position, preferably with experience in retail environment
  • Experience in organizing campaigns and events
  • Strong marketing, communications and brand management skills, with proven interest in marketing-related fields
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems
  • Clear communicator and presenter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
