Client Partnership
- Lead regular work-plan meetings, monthly strategic reviews and quarterly business reviews.
- Translate business goals into clear marketing roadmaps, KPIs and timelines.
- Proactively spot growth opportunities and upsell relevant TWS services.
Project & Campaign Management
- Own the master content & shoot calendar; ensure briefs, assets and approvals hit deadline.
- Coordinate internal creatives, videographers and media buyers; remove blockers fast.
- Manage scopes, timelines, budgets and post-campaign wrap-ups.
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor Meta/TikTok/Google dashboards and social analytics; flag under-performing ads within 48 h.
- Prepare concise monthly performance decks with insights, optimisation plans and clear next steps.
Quality Control
- Review copy, design, video edits and landing pages for brand consistency and technical accuracy before client share.
- Conduct weekly checklist audits to maintain TWS standards.
Process Improvement
- Feed real-time feedback into our Notion “Control Tower” to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
- Document SOPs and share best practices with the wider AM team.
Requirements
- At least either a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or similar.
- A good command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Proficient in Adobe photoshop/Illustrator OR Canva
- Proficient in video editing software OR video editing apps (e.g. Capcut)
- Must be able to multi-task and be quick on your feet.
- Will need to be independent, resourceful and adaptable
